Founders Ajay and Santosh have spent over 20 years shaping the built environment from two different vantage points – Ajay as an architect and transport planner, Santosh as an urban planner – and across two decades of designing buildings, transport systems, and master plans, they kept arriving at the same conclusion: sustainability was never short of intent, it was short of options.
Every brief said the right things, but when it came to execution, there simply weren’t enough practical, affordable alternatives to the materials, methods, and mindsets the industry had relied on for decades. That gap, seen from both sides of the drawing board, became the reason SAPL exists.
