Film City at Pinjore

Located within the Kalka-Pinjore Urban Complex. Spread across 105 acres and commissioned by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), the project is currently in progress and is envisioned as India’s first International Net Zero Film City. Designed to be a world-class hub for the film and entertainment industry, the Film City will feature high-end post-production facilities, a state-of-the-art immersive lab, and a dedicated film institute. The project integrates cutting-edge technology with sustainable urban development principles, focusing on innovation, environmental responsibility, and creative excellence. Our role encompasses master planning, architectural design, and infrastructure development, ensuring a well-balanced ecosystem that supports both artistic production and ecological sustainability in one of India’s most ambitious media infrastructure initiatives.
